MOHAMED HAOUARI
Director of the MBA Logistics, Purchasing and Supply Chain program

Holder of a Research Master's degree in logistics and strategic management and a Doctorate in management sciences obtained from the Center for Research on Transport and Logistics (CRET-LOG) at Aix-Marseille University, Mohamed HAOUARI is currently an associate professor and program manager at the École Supérieure de Logistique Industrielle- ESLI in Redon. With significant experience, particularly as Deputy Director of GIP CEI ESLI ESTI until December 2024, he has been responsible or co-responsible for several programs, ranging from Bac+3 to Bac+5.

His teaching areas mainly include project management, production management, risk management, and operational excellence. Furthermore, he is the author or co-author of several articles and book chapters focusing particularly on risk management, Supply Chain decarbonization, and logistics cindynics.

The objective of the training is to train generalist managers competent in the secure organization of physical, information, and financial flows from suppliers (purchasing), through production, to customers/users, in a double context of digitalization-robotization and sustainable development.

The context is that of companies, public or private, facing a need to accelerate response times to customers and secure logistics processes, a context popularized by Anglo-Saxons by the concept of hyper-competition. The program thus fits into a movement revisiting the technological (data analysis, energy choices and efficiency, robotization, connected objects, etc.) and managerial skills necessary for future logisticians (procurement, production, distribution) and buyers.

As part of the continuous improvement of our programs, these may be subject to certain changes.

Classes from September to July.

Tutored project defense, End-of-Study project defense and continuous assessment.

Candidates with the following are eligible to apply:

  • a Bac+2 (BTS, DUT, L2, B2) for the 3-year program,
  • a Bac +3 (Licence, Bachelor) for the 2-year program,
  • a Bac +4 or Bac +5 (Master, Mastère, MS, MSc, MBA...) for a 1-year program.

Program accessible through Validation of Acquired Experience (VAE).

Selection is based on:

  • application file,
  • remote tests,
  • and interviews, (possibly by video conference).
  • Review of the application's eligibility.
    Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis to minimize waiting time.
  • If the application is deemed eligible, the candidate is invited to a motivational interview with a selection panel.
  • The Alternis panel's decision is sent to the candidate in writing. If accepted, the candidate can then proceed with administrative registration for their chosen program.
